      Jose, you just described California.

Embedded Democrat super-majority. None dare even question our state’s use of a certain name-brand voting system, that will ensure this on party super-majority domination in perpetuity.

Super-majority means the legislature no longer even has to go to the people for certain restricted acts of legislation – their automatic one-party 2/3 majority can pass anything they want. Knowing they have a governor in their back pocket who will sign anything sent his way.

Gov Jerry Brown at least occcasionally put brakes on some their excesses. Gov. Newsom – never. One benefit of a new governor after the CA recall, even if the party majority does not change, is that person just might start exercising a veto on these relentless legislative excesses.

Yes, Colonel, that does seem to be the pattern. It’s an evolution from Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing to Affirmatively Furthering Illegal Immigration.

I would be willing to wager that HHS or the leftists doing the transportation are seeding these invaders into States who have explicitly said that they want no parts of this.

A further wager would be that they are actively involved in identity fraud, making these illegals appear to be if not instant citizens, then at least instant green card holders. Once they undermine/flout the immigration statutes, why not go the whole hog, just like they did with the rampant election fraud? And just as they did with the election fraud, this effort presupposes the elimination of an auditable trail behind it as being an original part of the plan.

The illegals crossing the Southern border are not just Mexicans and Central Americans. They are from all over the world. This misguided (suicidal?) policy represents a national security breakdown and is going to result in terrorist attacks in the next year or two; not to mention an accelerated growth in cartel operations in smaller cities and towns across the country. Then there’s the economic impact resulting from increased welfare and from a flooded labor market for lower skilled jobs.

Totally f’ing insane. I wonder how long the media can cover for the carnage that is going to be caused by the Biden Admin.’s anti-American madness.

I am vaguely aware you are more familiar with statistical factors, but if you were an adviser on how to keep them out, what narrative would come to mind? And then, how to combine it with some type of inner acceptance? If you know what I mean? Exactly what Trump did? Apparently he needed a wall. …

      • Pat Lang says:

        LeAnder

“Some type of inner acceptance?” What does that mean? You are aware that the US annually issues 1 million immigrant visas that lead directly to citizenship after five years of good behavior and success in the citizenship test administered by the federal courts? Trump did not try to reduce the number of immigrant visas. The people illegally crossing our borders are not “immigrants.” They are claiming to be refugees under a different US law. Do you think the US does not have a right to control its own borders? Does Germany?

        • LeaNder says:

First, sorry Eric, Pat, I admittedly was once again a bit ironic. Personally on a purely utopian layer I would have loved to witness renewed close relations between Trump and Putin. But then, would they have been able to handle the larger legal-illegal refugees problem? … Thus, no harm meant. There is no doubt a much larger problem. …

Handing this back to Eric, although it isn’t his field of expertise. What is the development of refugees, legal vs illegal during the last 5 decades in the US and Europe? Germany, of course, has different problems to the US, other than being an apparently attractive destination. Haven’t checked statistic below headlines.

        • Deap says:

Does Mexico have the right to protect their borders? They seem to think they do. Follow their lead.

Mexico does not even offer “birth right citizenship”, along with most other countries around the world who also reject this automatic citizenship privilege.

      • Eric Newhill says:

        LeaNder,
You don’t know very much about me. That being said, my advice would be as follows:
        1. Eliminate all incentives to come here illegally (e.g. free healthcare, free housing, fee education, food stamps and other assistance, pathway to citizenship, work with under the table pay….)
        2. Round them up ruthlessly and throw them into cages while awaiting a one way ride South.
        3. Incentivize the Mexican government to do more to stop them before they get to the US border.
        4. Build up better border defenses – i.e. Trump’s “wall”, but consisting of high tech infiltration detection as much as a literal barrier. Also, use the border defense as a training opportunity for the US military.
        5. Deploy US SPECOPS forces to kill cartel leaders and their potential successors.

Why I would let a silly foreigner convince me into defeatism escapes me entirely. What is with you people?

1982-SCOTUS mandated free K-12 education for all illegals – 13 years of free education at taxpayers expense.

This 1982 court mandate needs to be re-visited – created an huge cash transfer incentive among the education industry, as well as the illegal border crossing market.

What levels of illegal border crossing and increased demands on local education budgets were created after this 1982 court mandate? Did this ruling lead to creating the federal Dept of Education in order to supplement increased K-12 enrollment demands?

You know James I lost his head behaving this way in England.

Of course he was facing men.
Biden and acting actual POTUS Susan Rice clearly are not.
