(In violation of Title 18, United States Code, section 1001(a)(2)”.
Tech Executive-1 has been identified as Rodney Joffe.
A questionnaire was given to the prospective jurors as part of jury selection, and a witness list was provided to them to see if there was any association between a potential juror and a witness–
