The picture? – A truly great love scene played out between Leslie Nielsen and Priscilla Presley in the "Naked Gun" series of films. I was touched when I first saw this depiction of truly safe sex and remain so. Touched. Touched.
The basic inhumanity in all this silliness is, or should be, obvious to one and all. But, the inability to understand human nature as opposed to epidemiology, has been a characteristic of the doctor parts of governments here and over there in the UK. pl

It’s shocking that so many Americans are willing to submit to unreasonable controls being imposed. The Naked Gun series is riot, but probably couldn’t be made today in quite the same way in light of so much touchy censoriousness. I had to laugh when, on the eve of the infamous OJ Simpson trial, the series (in which he had a recurring role) was run on TV continuously for several days.

The Naked Gun and Airplane movies were funny. Leslie Nielsen played lead in one of my favorite science fiction movies FORBIDDEN PLANET, 1956, with its monsters from the Id.
