An interesting effort on the part of IRMep to have confessed Israeli spy Arnon Milchen deported from the US of A.  Milchen is not an American citizen.  pl

  1. Charles I says:

I wondered about his citizenship and reaction to his claims when the story first came out. Isn’t that the government’s job, keep unsuitable foreigners out?

  2. Charles..
The bit about “investor-class” visa says it all.

Well, the UK and Canada have investor class resident visas followed by citizenship. New Zealand does not? pl

  4. PL..
NZ does indeed have investor class visa followed by citizenship and most likely these have successful outcomes for all concerned. However there have been several high profile cases here where the investor is not all what they seem; lower level politicians ‘grease the wheels’ and scandal ensues after the obligatory bankruptcy or prison sentence. Many cases involve those with ties to criminal gangs especially methamphetamine precursor importation, wholesale money laundering via casinos and dodgy property deals. My point is that sometimes money does talk with a fetid breath.

OK. I know I will be banned for this.
“Milchen is not an American citizen.”
    Fuckim. Pitch the bastard.

  6. Tyler says:

The INA is ignored everyday in favor of the illegal horde crossing the border. To see it applied against one of the Chosen would be nice, but unlikely.

  7. Amir says:

Is it legally possible to confiscate Arnon Milchan’s possession under the Espionage Act or any other act for that matter. It certainly would help reduce the deficit.

  8. turcopolier says:

I would like to see Milchen tried for espionage and illegal export of regulated materials. Failing that deportation is a good idea. pl

  9. Charles says:

We sure do, but our government futzes with it every time a poll comes in, to the point where its now being sued by some of the reeled in prospects.
