    Perfect, the same shade of dark pink all the way through. Damned hard to pull off on thin steak. That bullseye is about 10 seconds long! All it needs is some cab or merlot on the side…

    I’m with you, sir. Much as I love lobster, nothing compares to a Prime, Angus sirloin steak, grilled to a perfect medium rare. I shocked a friend once when passing a field of beautiful Black Angus cattle. “Wow, think of all the prime ribs in that field!” Needless to say, even our politics don’t agree any more. Silly vegan, won’t eat anything that has a face!
