Unraveling the Deep State Coup

CIA and FBI Corruption

The courageous, brilliant duo of Sidney Powell and Congressman Louis Gohmert stirred up a bit of a storm in the last few days with this tweet

When I saw this it did not make sense. Let me explain. I spent four years working at State Department’s Office of Counter Terrorism (now it is the Bureau of Counter Terrorism). I was one of two officers who dealt directly with the FBI in the investigation of the terrorist bombing of Pan Am 103. I learned through this experience that US law enforcement cannot operate in other countries without the permission of those countries.

I also spent 22 years scripting terrorism exercises for U.S. military special operations. My job was to replicate State Department and Embassy communications that would occur during a terrorist crisis. So, I have a lot of experience in working real world with US law enforcement, US military and our Embassies in sorting out the issues that arise when the United States wants to pursue a law enforcement or military operation in a foreign country.

The U.S. Army did not conduct a raid in Germany on either Sctyl or Dominion offices or servers. They are foreign nationals and we must operate in accordance with German law. Moreover, the U.S. Army does not have law enforcement powers with respect to such entities.

So what happened? I am reliably informed that a unit under the command of USEUCOM (i.e., United States European Command) did in fact conduct an operation to take control of computer servers. But these servers belong to the CIA, not Dominion or Sctyl. The U.S. military has full authority to do this because any CIA activity in the European theater is being conducted using military cover. In other words, CIA officers would be identified to the German government (and anyone else asking) as military employees or consultants.

Such an operation would have been carried out with U.S. law enforcement present to take custody of the evidence. That means that the evidence will be under the control of the Department of Justice through US Attorneys and can be used in court or other judicial proceedings.

This is not the first time that a military unit attached to EUCOM has compelled a CIA computer facility to hand over evidence. A dear friend of mine (a retired DEA officer) told me about an incident where he entered a CIA facility in Frankfurt backed up by the US Army to get info the CIA was withholding (this took place in the 1980s).

I also have confirmed what Jim Hoft reported the other night–the CIA’s Gina Haspel was not informed in advance of this operation. Based on this fact, I think it is correct that action was taken in Germany on territory under U.S. control and that a CIA facility was targeted.

I also have learned that FBI Director Christopher Wray was excluded from this operation. Wray, more than Haspel, has been working aggressively to undermine and sabotage Donald Trump. This means that some other U.S. law enforcement agency (e.g., US Marshals, DEA, Secret Service, etc) had the lead in collecting the evidence.

Sidney Powell is a serious lawyer. She is not going to make a false claim. Period. She embodies honesty and integrity. Given her recent statements on Maria Bartoromo and Lou Dobbs and Eric Bolling, she clearly knows that evidence is being collected that will prove beyond reasonable doubt (i.e., the type of evidence required to obtain a criminal conviction) that the CIA had some sort of nefarious relationship with Dominion Software and that Dominion Software was being used abroad and in the United States to conduct voter fraud.

I fully expect CIA officials to argue they had no idea that Dominion was engaged in such nefarious activity. Their denial carries as much weight as the claim by Captain Louis Renault in the iconic scene in Casablanca:

Capt. Louis Renault: I am shocked, shocked that there is gambling going on in here.

Waiter: Sir here are your winnings

The coup attempt to dethrone Donald Trump continues.

Thanks for clarifying the nuts and bolts of this operation, Larry. Sidney Powell is not one to be trifled with.

  2. Unhinged Citizen says:

I just hope that Trump has enough allies within the GOP and civilian government to press these charges through the courts, because the press is acting fully in support of this soft coup.

  3. eakens says:

What are the odds that Soros’ Tides foundation have offices in the same building as Dominion Voting Systems in Toronto?

  4. Deap says:

I am still trying to figure out why major honcho Democrat law and lobbying firm now associated with Dominion, Brownstein, Farber, Hyatt and Shreck have offices in a little, isolated central coast down of 90,000 far from both Wash DC, LA and Sacramento.
Do they like to surf? Or is this social distancing zoom conferencing on steroids. Or are they in cahoots with UCSB high techies,

  5. Deap says:

More about Dominion, Smartronics, Sequoia, UCSB Technology Security, state of California and Venezuala and a whole cast of other characters – foreign and domestic in this 2018 Jenny Cohn article: https://medium.com/@jennycohn1/updated-attachment-states-have-bought-voting-machines-from-vendors-controlled-and-funded-by-nation-6597e4dd3e70
Trust, but verify. I was just searching UCSB and Dominion, and this interesting article popped up.

  6. Deap says:

Germany, along with most other countries around the world prohibit or severely limit “electronic voting” Declared it was too vulnerable to fraud and hacking after trying this method – now paper ballots only.
So why for 2020, suddenly the big push in the US to get everyone to vote electronically, after decades of failed practices elsewhere in the world. Purveyed by many of the same player foisted on the US election systems.
This voting process was rejected elsewhere because it undermined trust in these country’s election integrity: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electronic_voting_by_country
We got sold a pig in a poke this year. Or a donkey’s rear end.

One of the financial markets commentators I follow, Peter Granduch, retweeted the following article and said a friend who used to be high up at DoJ said this article is broadly correct.
I thought of sharing this yesterday, but decided not, in light of this I think it is relevant.

  9. Bill Hatch says:

I was involved in the early 2000’s as a contractor in a project to create a system to allow DoD service personnel to vote digitally & replace the hard copy absentee ballots. After investing tens of millions of dollars & years, the DoD computer security folks said that there was no way that it could ever be assured that a digital voting system could not be hacked. They would not certify the security & integrity of a digital voting system & the project was scraped.

    Astonishing stuff.
This has long been speculated. Three problem is that even if true, no one will believe it is not a Trumpian coup.

A number of videos from Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani that have been cited
are collected in this YouTube playlist:
I will add videos to that playlist as appropriate.

Completely coincidental to your reporting is the de-platforming of The Conservative Treehouse, set for Wedenesday, due to the narrative there. Also coincidental is the ongoing targetted harrassment of Trump’s lawyer’s to get them to quit, a tactic harkening back to the ’30s. If they were so certain Joe had won they would not be afraid of transparency.
Also coincidental: allegations being floated that Joseph “Skinny Joey” Merlino’s organization may have fabricated 300,000 ballots for Biden in Philly,
background on the mobster from a more reliable source, though it makes no mention of the ballot issue:
From Rasmussen: “Biden underperformed Hillary Clinton in every major metro area around the country, save for Milwaukee, Detroit, Atlanta and Philadelphia … in these big cities in swing states run by Democrats…the vote even exceeded the number of registered voters.”
I’m sure we’ll shortly be informed by all the usual suspects that this is Qanon level stuff here, nothing to see, nothing to report, now move along…..

  14. Artemesia says:

Increasingly I turn to SST first, for the information that, as my second source for information, Unz.com declares, offers “. . . Important, and Controversial Perspectives Largely Excluded from the American Mainstream Media.”
With this distinction: Unz is free-wheeling and as even its creator states, provides an outlet for “bizarre and insane” commentary, whereas SST is hosted and moderated by persons who have had education, experience and responsibilities at the highest levels of influence at the national international levels.
Hats off to Col. Lang and those contributors to whom SST provides a platform.

  15. BillWade says:

I think it’s very beneficial that the MAGA folks were able to get a million people into DC on Saturday.

  16. J says:

So what do you make of the meetings that Haspel had with Sen. McConnell, and Senate Intel Members last Tuesday? Did Haspel’s meetings occur right after the seizures in Germany or not?
Do you know the date that the seizures occurred? Before or after last Tuesday? Germany is also 6 hrs ahead of D.C..

  17. TV says:

    Unhinged citizen:
The GOP has no more use for Trump than the Democrat-media party does.
They are all parasites in the same swamp.
I wouldn’t be at all surprised to find out that McConnell voted for Biden.
It’s not Dem vs. Republican, hasn’t been for a long time.
It’s fast becoming America vs. the swamp (and their allies in various state outposts – like Governor “hairdo” in California and the vicious little bridge troll in NY.)

  18. Polish Janitor says:

I am getting the feeling that Donald Trump is saving the best for the last, i.e. pulling the rug out from under the IC. Another indication for me has been Sidney Powell and her insistence on seeing this whole election fraud incident through. Judging from her record as a reputable Texas attorney with a ton of success and the severity of this ongoing situation, I don’t believe she would put her reputation and career in jeopardy for something that is not serious and is not going to be a major revelation.
I also would like to applaud Trump for finally appointing Col. Doug McGregor (a true non-interventionist) to the DoD as an advisor and committing to what he had promised back in ’16, i.e. pulling troops out of the ME and putting a stop to endless wars of nation-building there.

  19. TV says:

It’s a no lose for the Democrats.
If they couldn’t somehow cheat to a win using computerized voting, then they scream “voter suppression.”
If they do cheat their way in (as they did), then computerized voting is fine and dandy and the model for future elections.

  20. Leith says:

It was the Lincoln Project, a Republican PAC against Trump, that doxed Jones Day lawyers and subtly threatened them with future loss of business. They were joined by other Republicans such as the 43 Alumni for Biden and REPAIR.
Skinny Joey used to be Trump’s fixer in Atlantic City.
Rasmussen also predicted that 33% of black voters would vote for Trump. He got what? Maybe eight percent? All men, no black church ladies.

  21. Deap says:

RE: “Voter suppression” is a non-argument.
Every illegally cast vote suppresses the legal vote cast by another voter. Insufficient risk to benefit ratio to allow imposition any system as subject to fraud as “electronic voting” has proven to be world wide.

  22. james says:

    ditto Artemesia’s comment…

  23. Deap says:

Lieth, cite your source for black vote totals – AP projections, exit polls, or certified state vote counts. Numbers are all over the place right now, or else you are intentionally running a disinformation campaign.
All of the above state significant increases in the black vote, including what you dismissively label “black church ladies” – black women Trump vote doubled over 2016. Trump definitely broadened the diversity the GOP tent – kudos to him for that alone, and to Blexit efforts which were gaining momentum as well, for all the right reasons.

The story about the US election computer server raid in German gains traction in the wider media – but obvious details still missing: https://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2020/11/donald_trump_the_loneliest_man_on_the_planet.html
We have your back, President Trump.

  29. G (Gina Haspel) is an Icon and has done and given more for this Country than the average civilian can comprehend. I stand by her 1000%. There are about 12 people at most in the Intel world I would take one for and Gina would be one. I wish people would stop throwing her name around so loosely- SAD. Never discount or underestimate that smart woman; theres’ few in “the real sisterhood” as good as her. You can bet- she has a file on every one who thinks “they are in the clear on this one and many other misdeeds in the past 20 years”. They need to hold hard. reflect promptly and hire lawyers. She knows how to cover her bases. As fas as her not knowing about “these raids”-Not Likely: “doubtful”, but for public consumption-and for others that were not read in- Good that info is circulating.

  30. David Habakkuk says:

I used to think that John Solomon’s site ‘Just the News’ site was credible.
However, it now seems to me that I may have been credulous.
One of the less noticed, but also more significant, developments in ‘Russiagate’ was the release on 24 April of the report prepared by Ankura for the Alfa ‘oligarchs’, on the evidence which had been supposed to establish a communications link between them and the Trump campaign.
Crucially, this suggested that, rather than being the result of a misinterpretation of innocent marketing materials, as had generally been assumed, what had been at issue had been deliberately planted disinformation.
The only report I could see the time was on the ‘Just the News’ site, by Solomon’s associate Sophie Mann.
    (See https://justthenews.com/accountability/russia-and-ukraine-scandals/cyber-security-report-raises-questions-about-falsified )
A very different light was however cast on these matters when on 29 April Chuck Ross of the ‘Daily Caller’ uploaded to ‘Scribd’ a transcript of the cross-examination on 17-18 March of Christopher Steele by Hugh Tomlinson, QC, on behalf of the Alfa ‘oligarchs’, in the case they had brought against him and his company in the High Court in London.
A key drama here involved resulted from the dramatic changes in Steele’s accounts in the ‘witness statements’ he had produced over the previous month.
    (See https://www.scribd.com/document/458992503/Steele-deposition )
According to his new version, the work that resulted in memorandum 2016/112 in the dossier published by ‘BuzzFeed’ arose as a result of his being informed about the ‘evidence’ supposed to establish the communications link by Michael Sussmann, at a meeting at Perkins Coie on 29 July 2016.
Moreover, according to Steele’s new version, the FBI were fully aware of the material at the time.
Three crucial paragraphs in the April 24 piece on the Ankura report by Sophie Mann read:
‘The notion that there was secret communication going on between Trump and Russia, that would make it seem like Trump was colluding to win the White House, came from former British intelligence operative Christopher Steele, whose anti-Trump dossier, used by the FBI for its Trump-Russia probe, has also been largely discredited.
‘On October 11, 2016, Steele met with Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Kathleen Kavalec.
‘Following his visit, Kavalec sent information that she received from Steele to the FBI, including details about the suspected communications via the Alfa Bank server.’
Of course, the fact that Ms. Mann took no account at all of Steele’s repudiation of the – common – claim that he was the source of the ‘evidence’ supposed to establish the communications link, could have been due to simple ignorance.
What points towards the possibility of a more sinister interpretation, however, is the fact that the hyperlink on the word ‘information’ in the third paragraph points to an upload by Solomon to ‘Scribd’ on 23 October 2019 entitled ‘Kavalec Steele Attachment.’
    (See https://www.scribd.com/document/431733571/Kavalec-Steele-Attachment )
If however one attempts to access this document, all one can find are blank pages.
Moreover, I have been informed by people who I think, on this point, are likely to be reliable that very early on people trying to access the document found discovered that Solomon had clearly had second thoughts about his earlier impulses to candour.
The very clear suggestion in what Steele told Tomlinson was that, probably starting rather early on, there had been a conspiracy by his associates on your side of the Atlantic to, as it were, make him the ‘patsy’ in relation to ‘Russiagate’ – and also, crucially, that IG Horowitz and his team had colluded with this.
The question of whether, on this point at least, Steele’s account is rather more ‘credible’ than the dossier he supposedly authored is of the utmost importance in making sense of ‘Russiagate.’
And here, it is extremely relevant that, in June, the Alfa ‘olgarchs’ filed ‘John Doe’ suits in Pennsylvania and Florida, developing the claims about the ‘evidence’ on the supposed communications link having been deliberate disinformation.
On these, which could turn out to be highly important in unravelling ‘Russiagate’, see articles by Dexter Filkins and Amy Knight, attempting to defend the conventional ‘narrative’, and by David Steinberg, attacking it.
    ( https://www.justsecurity.org/72262/the-trump-alfa-bank-server-mystery-resurfaces/ ; https://www.newyorker.com/news/news-desk/the-contested-afterlife-of-the-trump-alfa-bank-story https://amgreatness.com/2020/10/15/a-glaring-hole-in-the-alfa-bank-trump-server-story-could-unravel-the-russia-hoax/ )
The headline of the Steinberg piece reads:
‘A Glaring Hole in the Alfa Bank/Trump Server Story Could Unravel the Russia Hoax: Durham’s grand jury reportedly is considering if false information about a Trump backchannel to Putin may have been knowingly passed to the U.S. government.’
A key point is that John Durham has apparently subpoeaned multiple sources quoted in the original October 2018 report by Filkins.
As the Steinberg report also brings out, exploring the contradictions between what Steele was claiming in March and what his American confederates, including not only Sussmann but many others, is critical to ascertaining what happened in relation to the claims about Alfa.
And it looks as though this may be central to making sense of ‘Russiagate’ as a whole.
In assessing the validity of claims and counter-claims, quite clearly, evidence of very considerable importance is the content of the ‘attachment’ documenting the information that Kathleen Kavalec, supposedly, received from him.
The fact that Solomon is either unwilling, or unable, to go through with his apparent initial intention of sharing what he knows with the ‘hoi polloi’ strongly suggests that he is among those who have been trying to engineer a ‘limited hangout.’
Obviously, this is rather material in assessing how much weight one should give to a report on site repudiating Larry Johnson’s claims on the basis of information from the usual, anonymous, ‘security sources.’

  31. KevinK says:

“the evidence will be under the control of the Department of Justice”
    That in itself is scary.

  32. JohnGalt says:

While the mounting evidence seems overwhelming in favor of President Trump, correction and prosecution of the perps will not bring peace to our country. Antifa and blm are both threatening to invade conservative areas of the country unless he vacates the office by Sunday, which just passed. They will blockade conservatives from movement with guns, so all patriots need to be armed and have a lot of ammunition. This insurrection/treason will take the military to put down, along with the millions of armed patriots. A battle was brewing whatever the outcome of the election, since the leftists cannot be mollified until they have complete power over us and our finances.

  33. peter says:

Trump has a problem removing the many ideologs infiltrated in the govt, media and judiciary in particular
Exec Order in 2018 call a state or emergency re foreign interference in elections
So if there was some Military intel group monitoring traffic at some of the connected machines, they can show foreign interference’
If you read the EO- it allows them to go after many of the dis info peddlers for exactly that.
If he starts to arrest many, media will cry “authoritarian”….but they have cried wolf so damn long- i don’t think people will care anymore

  34. Shallam66 says:

If true this is YUGE, but that’s a big if. I hope it is but time is not on our side and fear we are in the end days of America as we now know it. I also fear a full blown civil war is around the corner if this fraud is allowed to pass
