“The Washington Post called out Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor on Saturday over her “false” claim that more than 100,000 children are “in serious condition,” many of them on ventilators, because of COVID-19.
The Washington Post performed what they call “The Pinocchio Test” and gave Sotomayor “four Pinocchios” for her “absurdly high” figure, arguing that “it’s important for Supreme Court justices to make rulings based on correct data.”
A spokesperson with the Supreme Court did not immediately respond to Fox News’ request for comment.

Well, that horse has already left the barn; when the Supreme Court declined to accept the case originated by Texas (iirc), and joined by various other States contesting the legality of States, in particular, Pennsylvania, permitting the alteration of the State’s rules for voting in a Federal election via executive fiat, rattan than through the State’s legislature, as clearly specified in the Federal Constitution, on the ridiculous grounds of “lack of standing”, we all knew that they were assisting in a miscarriage of justice. The voting for the Federal Presidency (and the Vice-Presidency) is the only Federal election that directly impacts all of the States, and any deviation from the black letter law in the Federal Constitution is inherently a violation.
So, yeah, this told us that this was a deliberate abrogation of their duty to the Federal Republic. Why did they do this? Either the majority was in on it willingly, or pressure had been brought to bear to assure this outcome. From that day, I have had absolutely no confidence in the honesty of the “Supreme” Court, whether this action came about through rank partisanship, or through cowardice, it makes no difference to me.
Should stupidity be grounds for impeachment? If it goes 5-4, the last shreds of legitimacy of the entire system will have gone by the wayside. Check the new Iceland information revealing that the shots actually are a cause of increasing infection rates.
If Sotomayor recuses herself, and the result is 4-4, that will mean that the judgment of the court below stands.

This has always been a political propaganda issue. Alameda County, California reduced their covid death count by 25% mid-2021 because they had folks who died of car crashes but tested positive in the covid death count. We’ve already let this happen. Notwithstanding the few protests in France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, etc, by and large the majorities in “democracies” around the world have willingly submitted to this authoritarianism. Even demanded it.
In our USA we’ve had pockets like Florida where we had a governor with real courage who withstood the withering criticism and attacks and upheld the natural and constitutional rights of citizens. Of course there is Sweden that didn’t succumb to the covidian hysteria because their public health authorities focused on well known public health epidemiology. And their political leadership better represented their citizenry.
The descent into authoritarianism in Austria, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the many states in the US is an eye opener. Every citizen should be outraged and the miscreants should be held accountable.
