Yes, The Hunter Biden Emails Are Authentic by Larry C Johnson

Kevin Clinesmith FBI Liar

This is the story of an American patriot, an honorable man, John Paul Mac Isaac, who tried to do the right thing and is now being unfairly and maliciously slandered as an agent of foreign intelligence, specifically Russia. He is not an agent or spy for anyone. He is his own man. How do I know? I have known his dad for more than 20 years. I've known John Paul's dad as "Mac." Mac is a decorated Vietnam Veteran, who flew gunships in Vietnam. And he continued his military service with an impeccable record until he retired as an Air Force Colonel. The crews of those gunships have an annual reunion and Mac usually takes John Paul along, who volunteers his computer and video skills to record and compile the stories of those brave men who served their country in a difficult war.

This story is very simple–Hunter Biden dropped off three computers with liquid damage at a repair shop in Wilmington, Delaware on April 12, 2019. The owner, John Paul Mac Isaac, examined the three and determined that one was beyond recovery, one was okay and the data on the hard drive of the third could be recovered. Hunter signed the service ticket and John Paul Mac Isaac repaired the hard drive and down loaded the data. During this process he saw some disturbing images and a number of emails that concerned Ukraine, Burisma, China and other issues. With the work completed, Mr. Mac Isaac prepared an invoice, sent it to Hunter Biden and notified him that the computer was ready to be retrieved. Hunter did not respond. In the ensuing four months (May, June, July and August), Mr. Mac Isaac made repeated efforts to contact Hunter Biden. Biden never answered and never responded. More importantly, Biden stiffed John Paul Mac Issac–i.e., he did not pay the bill.

When the manufactured Ukraine crisis surfaced in August 2019, John Paul realized he was sitting on radioactive material that might be relevant to the investigation. After conferring with his father, Mac and John Paul decided that Mac would take the information to the FBI office in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Mac walked into the Albuquerque FBI office and spoke with an agent who refused to give his name. Mac explained the material he had, but was rebuffed by the FBI. He was told basically, get lost. This was mid-September 2019.

Two months passed and then, out of the blue, the FBI contacted John Paul Mac Isaac. Two FBI agents from the Wilmington FBI office–Joshua Williams and Mike Dzielak–came to John Paul's business. He offered immediately to give them the hard drive, no strings attached. Agents Williams and Dzielak declined to take the device.

Two weeks later, the intrepid agents called and asked to come and image the hard drive. John Paul agreed but, instead of taking the hard drive or imaging the drive, they gave him a subpoena. It was part of a grand jury proceeding but neither agent said anything about the purpose of the grand jury. John Paul complied with the subpoena and turned over the hard drive and the computer.

In the ensuing months, starting with the impeachment trial of President Trump, he heard nothing from the FBI and knew that none of the evidence from the hard drive had been shared with President Trump's defense team.

The lack of action and communication with the FBI led John Paul to make the fateful decision to contact Rudy Giuliani's office and offer a copy of the drive to the former mayor. We now know that Rudy accepted John Paul's offer and that Rudy's team shared the information with the New York Post.

John Paul Mac Issac is not responsible for the emails, images and videos recovered from Hunter Biden's computer. He was hired to do a job, he did the job and submitted an invoice for the work. Hunter Biden, for some unexplained reason, never responded and never asked for the computer. But that changed last Tuesday, October 13, 2020. A person claiming to be Hunter Biden's lawyer called John Paul Mac Isaac and asked for the computer to be returned. Too late. That horse had left the barn and was with the FBI.

John Paul, acting under Delaware law, understood that Hunter's computer became the property of his business 90 days after it had been abandoned.

At no time did John Paul approach any media outlet or tabloid offering to sell salacious material. A person of lesser character might have tried to profit. But that is not the essence of John Paul Mac Isaac. He had information in his possession that he learned, thanks to events subsequent to receiving the computer for a repair job, was relevant to the security of our nation. He did what any clear thinking American would do–he, through his father, contacted the FBI. When the FBI finally responded to his call for help, John cooperated fully and turned over all material requested.

The failure here is not John Paul's. He did his job. The FBI dropped the ball and, by extension, the Department of Justice. Sadly, this is becoming a disturbing, repeating theme–the FBI through incompetence or malfeasance is not doing its job.

Any news outlet that is publishing the damnable lie that John Paul is part of some subversive effort to interfere in the United States Presidential election is on notice. That is slander and defamation. Fortunately, the evidence from Hunter Biden's computer is in the hands of the FBI and Rudy Giuliani and, I suspect, the U.S. Senate. Those with the power to do something must act. John Paul Mac Isaac's honor is intact. We cannot say the same for those government officials who have a duty to deal with this information.

What a chilling account, to say the very least. Good lord, am I reading this wrong or is it possible the FBI confiscated the laptop in order to protect Biden and at the same time effectively damage Trump during the impeachment proceedings against him? These are truly perilous times for our country. I’m reeling at the thought of such heinous corruption.

  2. Avatar Fred says:

“…none of the evidence from the hard drive had been shared with President Trump’s defense team.”
That’s a damnable pattern of behavior.

  3. Avatar scott s. says:

If there was child porn on that hard drive, I suppose if he had done nothing he would have been censored if not in some legal problems. But if it is national security data, then that has to be “hacking” or “theft”.

  4. Avatar Leith says:

    It may be true. But:
Why did Hunter Biden, who lives in Los Angeles, fly 3000 miles across country to drop off three MacBook Pros at a non-Apple repair shop in Delaware? Are there no computer repair shops in LA?
Why did HB then forget about his laptops in Delaware? Too busy sucking up to the Chinese maybe you think, or too drunk?
And strangely, it turns out that the hard drive HB dropped off was manufactured after the date he supposedly dropped it off.
Why won’t Giuliani let forensic experts verify the validity of what is on the drives?
If these emails were as alarming as it’s being pushed, Giuliani wouldn’t have sat on them for so many months.
Even Giuliani’s daughter is saying the whole thing is a delusion. Pretty piss poor for an October Surprise. Reminds me of the gang that couldn’t shoot straight.

Mr. Johnson: No offense intended, and hopefully none taken, but I am curious about a part of your post that I had not heard about previously.
    You wrote:

My question is this: Why did Mac and his son Jon Paul decide to take the information to the FBI in Albuquerque, New Mexico when John Paul, his business, and his computer shop with the computer were all in Delaware? Why didn’t they just take to stuff to the FBI in Wilmington directly? Why the trip to New Mexico? seems like a really long out of the way effort, to me.
As I said, I am just curious. And so that you know, from what I have read (not everything, for sure), John Paul is just as you say, a pawn in a bureaucratic morass. I am sure there is a simple explanation for the 2,000 mile trip.
    Just curious.

  6. Avatar exiled off mainstreet says:

Again, if Hunter Biden had paid his bill and not been such a doofus, this information would never have seen the light of day.

  7. Avatar A.I.S. says:

    I have several questions:
1: Why does Hunter Biden not have a “minder” who is in charge of his day to day activities? If I was Biden senior, or Biden seniors minder, attaching a minder (basically some person, formally his secretary, who insures that he brushes his teeth, doesnt take too many drugs, doesnt go on a crack binge, doesnt shitpost Biden campaign internals on reddit etc.) to Hunter Biden would be priority Alpha and also priority Omega.
2: One can construct a breach of faith if he actually looked at the recovered laptops data while restoring them, prior to getting shafted. If you are the IT repair guy, after a hard drive restoration you would be expected to check if something is readable but not to actually read it.
3: Is it actually certain that Hunter Biden dropped these off? Or someone who claimed to be Hunter Biden?

  8. Avatar honest says:

Thanks for the clear and understandable narration of the events. I really appreciate it.
I respect you, this blog a lot. Really I do.
But, I have a question about the opening of your short essay and in general about your very positive attitude about veterans. You described Mac, Paul’s dad as “a decorated Vietnam Veteran, who flew gunships in Vietnam.” This seems to be a plain fact, but you use it as some sort of honor or an indication of him being a nice decent fellow. He may be so, but I wonder how flying gunned choppers and shooting villagers who are working on their own land, thousands of miles from the US, can be considered as some sort of honorable CV?
Yes, soldiers do what they are told to do. But evil act is evil act and they can act as pawns of evil; the evil empire.

We know it was Hunter’s computer because his lawyer (now confirmed, I have the email) contacted JP on Tuesday the 13th and asked for the computer to be returned.

Unless there’s much more to this matter that we’re unaware of, at the very least, it would seem someone (or more than one) in the bureau and/or DOJ may be guilty of obstruction of justice for withholding this info from Trump’s defense team during the impeachment trial. As with the Gen. Flynn prosecution/persecution, WHY ON EARTH are federal agencies getting away with the withholding of exculpatory evidence to the degree that they have these past few years?
Beyond obstruction, what about sedition? But then again, our government hasn’t even brought charges of sedition against any of the SELF-AVOWED ANARCHISTS who are assaulting law enforcement officers and destroying federal property. SMFH…

Any and all accounts about Joe Biden’s behavior, action, or words are further proof that Trump is colluding with the Russians to once again steal an election. The same is true for information about Biden’s family.
All U.S. military personnel that served in Vietnam killed civilians. Thanks for straightening that out for us, “honest.”

If it was true then Giuliani would have allowed an independent forensic exam of the drive. The fact that he does not implies it is not true. And even if the emails are not forgeries, there is zero evidence that a meeting between Joe Biden and Pozharskyi ever took place.

  29. Avatar Diana L Croissant says:

In reading Larry’s post, I did NOT somehow come to the conclusion that he was slighting any Vietnam veteran for any reason. I’ve seen the video footage of some of the Vietnam War on the History channel. Several young men from my high school class and several of my cousins and also my brother served in Vietnam.
For some–usually the hippie flower child group at the time–including the idiot Jane Fonda–thought the war was EVIL. Most of the rest of us knew the circumstance: Choose to take your chance on being called up in the Draft, sign up voluntarily so as to have a slightly better chance of choosing where you were sent by picking a branch of the military that was not the Army, make sure your parents had enough money to send you to college to avoid the draft, or flee to Canada.
Just read Larry’s post for what it is: Reporting, something the MSM does only selectively.
Again, I didn not detect any insult to the Vietnam vets in Larry’s post. It was just a stated fact. Those of us whose cousins and brothers and classmates served in Vietnam respect them no matter where they served.

Investing about 10K per month for a good adult babysitter (you could get those for 5-7K, but I would rather invest a bit more and have the babysitter be motivated if I was Joe/Joes minder) seems like a very reasonable investment decision that protects a far larger economic and poltiical investment.

  37. Avatar Leith says:

    “honest” –
I did see bodies of Viet civilians executed by VC cadres from the FLN. Their only crime had been to support the regime in Saigon. These were not soldiers and were not even armed. Some were civil servants, community leaders, businessmen, teachers, some were members of the wrong political party, or some were just family members. They also executed Catholic priests and in Hue City all able-bodied males over 15, approximately 400 boys and men, who had taken refuge in a Cathedral. Several West German doctors were also murdered.
These are not just American stories. They have been documented by Canadian and Italian journalists. And admitted to by many NVA officers and DRV officials.

  38. Avatar turcopolier says:

    Leith
“They” are just still f—-g with us. I know it hurts. That is what “they” want. You should see the crap I am sent that I do not allow to be published. I made a deal in Phuoc Long in ’68 with the CIA advisers to Phoenix that if they signed a lease on a house I wanted for my HQ over to me I would deal with some VC political cadre. Their seconded army and marine NCOs would not go out in the woods at night to deal with “peoples” courts” executing village level Viet civilians for “crimes against the people.” They would hold a firelit trial and then have the people beat the condemned to death after they dug their own graves. I used to be a very good shot. The Agency loaned me a Star grade M-1 sniper rifle and a case of match grade ammo. Half a dozen times I went out in the woods with the montagnard PRU to “supervise” such trials. One shot, one kill for the judge. I quit doing it after a while because I learned that the dinks were looking for an American who had a rifle with a scope.

  39. Avatar Leith says:

Some of the civilians executed in Hue had trials that lasted five minutes total, if that. Others had no trial at all and were just murdered by so-called special activity cells AKA terrorists. Some voices in Hanoi tried to claim it was indiscipline in the ranks, but nobody was ever put on trial for it.

It doesn’t really matter what his source is. The article didn’t really make it clear, but since the laptop was surrendered to the FBI, the HDD that is in possession of Guiliani isn’t the original, but a copy made from the disk image taken by Mr. Isaac. Although that would make it an exact replica of the original, it would postdate the dropoff date by Hunter.
As to Leith’s incredulity about the computer being dropped off in Delaware when Hunter lives in California, he should consider that Joe lives in Delaware and Hunter was likely visiting family.

  47. Avatar Honest says:

    Turcopolier:
I did not mean that all soldiers were killing civilians. But that war was not necessary for defending the US mainland and it was (at least partially, or from a certain point onward) a war of aggression. It is not very generous of you, my dear friend, to call me “a simple-minded ass”; just because I touched upon some bitter truth. Truth of what the US did in Vietnam is painful. But there is no escape from it.
    JM gavin:
Yes, most individual soldiers in Vietnam did not kill civilians. But were they fighting a good war? What was the US military doing in Vietnam? If the Vietnamese did the same thing in the US mainland (let’s say they put boots on the US mainland in defense of a hypothetical Obama-Hillary-Biden-led civil war against Trump-led front), would you consider their veterans as honorable fellows? I doubt it: You would rightly see them as aggressors. So, let us be frank: a large enough part of what the US and its military did in Vietnam was evil and resulted in thousands of civilians being killed. Even killing the fighters who were defending their homeland against an aggressor force was nothing honorable. And Vietnam was not the last place the US empire did evil things—think of Iraq and Afghanistan.
    Leith:
I agree with you; both sides were doing really bad things. But that does not exonerate the US from the evil things it committed there. I hope we can agree on this part.

The DRV and their VC underlings murdered tens of thousands of unarmed South Vietnamese civilians. And they murdered thousands of ARVN POWs. Yet they never put anyone on trial for those murders. But of course they couldn’t, because those executions were the official policy of the leadership, and there was no way they were going to put themselves on trial.
US War Criminal William L. Calley murdered 109 unarmed South Vietnamese civilians. He was tried by a US Army Court Martial, but much to my dismay he was only convicted of murdering 22 of the 109. The US Army sentenced him to life imprisonment at hard labor in the prison barracks at Fort Leavenworth. He got of with three years house arrest thanks to President Tricky Dicky Nixon’s interference. IMHO he should have been put on death row.
Yes, Calley was evil. And Tricky Dick Nixon was an ass for meddling.

Pay attention to this part, it’s important. Military personnel don’t declare wars. Civilian politicians declare wars. The civilian public elects those politicians. If you want to lecture someone about evil wars, go look in the mirror.

Yes, military personnel don’t declare wars. I can give you that. But, being part of a cold-blooded professional death machine is not an honorable job either.
As a civilian, I am ashamed of the fact that Sweden has one of the largest per-capita military industries in the world. I never said civilians are innocent. If I could do anything to change that fact, I assure you I would have done that.

The reason why the FBI was approached in Albuquerque was most likely due to the fact that, as any Delawarean would know, Delaware is a very small state, and much like philly, a close neighbor, Who your parents are matter. this has always been the case, and unfortunately is so prevalent that it is not regarded as corruption. Where there is any corruption, it would have far reaching influence throughout the state. Not to mention just good ole complicit bias, “looking the other way.”, and the fact that the state has been democrat, and proud to have Biden represent them, for decades. Everyone knows everybody, or at least everyone knows everyone in Wilmington, which basically controls the state. This is unfortunate, as this business owner and his business, his livelihood, will indefinitely be black balled and likely be forced out of the deep deep blindly devoted blue democrat City and county of New Castle. I’ve witnessed it dozens of times. With regard to JP, he is an honest man, and has a good name and reputation of many years without a trace of controversy. The same can not be said for many others, who while they might be friends and acquaintences, maybe simply because of the power they hold, you could never trust them behind your back. unfortunately you need to know these people to get anything done in Delaware.
Not to exclude corruption in the southern counties, it has just been on a much smaller scale.
I mean for god sakes, the then governor Carper had to get the president of the United States to bring in the FBI investigating the murder of his own secretary because the local law enforcement and agencies were conveniently not showing any results for Months.
Delaware has seen union leaders siphoning funds, business/construction deals where a contract is rewarded to a company who is family, or leaking info about an upcoming bid package for millions of dollars and purposely keeping the info from other potential bidders. Delaware is a perfect example of liberal policy. Only a select few are allowed to prosper, and no new competition is allowed to rise. It’s also been allowed to be all but sucked dry in return for a few people making millions, all by slowly ridding the state of MBNA, its manufacturing (tens of thousands of jobs, which is big for the size of the state), which is also why the housing industry and quality of homes throughout the state is horrendous, and selling off and closing practically every portion of the giant DuPont Company.
This isn’t new stuff, and its the same old people. Biden May seem like a nice guy, but the environment he comes from does not allow this, and he has proven his willingness to lie, accuse, and cover up numerous times over the years. But Delaware and most of the country chooses to sit back with blindfolds and drink the Kool aid.

As for the Chinese and Ukrainian controversy, it is indefinitely corrupt. Delaware, being the most business friendly when it comes to law, (but not state economic policies) is nearly impossible to get investors with millions to any NEW business. Recent Start ups are simply not looked upon favorably, like a resume with no job experience applying for a management position. Personal business partners, owners, and investors have relayed this repeatedly, practically regardless of the ROI expected. Experts, people with successful CEO experience of national companies for years, and others can not get an investment for a few million, unless you play politics. And even then, not for start ups, but for those that have been in business and would like to expand. There is no possible way that an investment group/firm started by Hunter and partners of his, (including a family member of Mittt R.omney) was able to secure millions of dollars in investment, especially without any experience whatsoever. Let alone $1.5 B from a foreign bank.
The only exceptions to this general rule is thanks to the current administration and his economic policies supporting growth and business. If you are a startup, recently, you have actually been able to secure loans through the Small Business Association due to the administration increased funding. However, it is still highly unlikely to receive millions with little experience.

Intel community counter-intelligence former agents now in full swing- signed statements “proving” this was nothing more than Russian disinformation campaign. So which side are Hunter’s former business partners on now? Are they Russian agents too – including former Secy of State John Kerry’s own step son and friends?
Rudy Gulliani indeed asks the right question, why would China, Russia, Ukraine etc give crackhead flunkie Hunter Biden millions to billions of dollars on nothing more than a grin and a handshake, when no other financial firm could trigger those levels of direct cash investments?

JP’s father is a retired USAF colonel who live in New Mexico. He suggested that he take the evidence to the FBI in Albuquerque.

Amazing you could lay the information in the lap of Democrats pictures and all and they would swear it was a clone. There is so much corruption in the FBI the media it is astounding. But this needs to be taken seriously investigated no matter what the liberal folks here say! Democrats have gone rouge and are destroying any kind of law and order we have in this Country….Thank you for being on the side of the Country and doing what any good American would have done.

Leith the answer to why he took the Apple products to a Delaware repair instead of Los Angeles apple store is because he is a drug addict. Most likely they were in Delaware (he used an address in Delaware)
Who forgets about 3 computers for 3 months?
A drug addict or someone with serious mental issues.
    He got busted.

“he saw some disturbing images and a number of emails that concerned Ukraine, Burisma, China and other issues. ”
You CAN’T just “see some emails”. Emails are stored in a DATABASE. They are NOT stored as plain-old text files just sitting on your hard drive. THEY’RE JUST NOT. The only way to access emails on a hard drive is to fire-up an email application, log in (depending on the app) and you can read the emails. Additionally even if they were stored in plain-text (which they’re NOT, but even if you assume Biden is using some 20-year-old email application that does store in plain text) they would be in some directory buried in some subfolder, buried in some other subfolder with some file name like 3432332-asx.eml. You cannot “just see” this email.
Graphics files are different they are stored as .jpg’s, or .png’s, or any number of other formats and are READILY VISIBLE depending on the View settings for a particular folder.
This is what makes this whole thing seem VERY shady. No IT professional is going to start their client’s email application and read their email, and there is no way to “just see” a email on your client’s hard drive. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE.
Something stinks with this whole story.

    Rock,
Just because I did not fully explain how JP did his work (he is a certified Apple Engineer) or recount his actions using terminology you deem appropriate, does not eliminate the fact that it is Hunter Biden’s computer, that the content is Hunter Biden’s (not some Rooskie plot) and that the FBI confirms it has had the computer and hard drive in hand since December 2019. That’s the stench that should bother you. Your failure to express any outrage over this kind of misconduct by the FBI (just ask Carter Page and Mike Flynn about FBI misconduct) tells us more about you and your character.

-Hunter Biden dropped off three computers with liquid damage at a repair shop in Wilmington, Delaware on April 12, 2019.

Wait, what? New Mexico…The guy took possession of the laptop in Delaware and turned it in in New Mexico?
Have the Federal BI closed all of its offices east of The Mississippi?

  68. Avatar turcopolier says:

    JBG
The father (Mac) is a retired USAF colonel. He and his son were at a meeting in Utah when the son handed over a copy of the hard drive.
The father took it to the FBI in Albuquerque where he lived in the vain belief that he might be listened to with some respect.

  69. On the issue of why Hunter Biden went to a computer shop in Wilmington, Delaware rather than in Arizona, Hunter spends a very large amount of time with his father, who lives at 1209 Barley Mill Rd, Wilmington, Delaware. I suspect it was a case of taking the damaged laptops to a shop near where the damage occurred, in Wilmington.
