The Biden Administration is seeking to effectively erase the SW border. They don’t believe in borders because they don’t believe that countries should exist. What they want is a loss of US sovereignty leading to an advancement of their goal of creation of a world-wide socialist power. The emperor Joe the First, his VP and Joe’s cabinet are actually opposed to enforcement of US immigration law. That is a violation of his oath of office in which he swore to protect and defend the constitution of the Unite States and by implication all federal law enacted under it.

The meaning of this oath is clear. For the president to not seek to enforce federal law is a violation of his oath and an impeachable offense. There is no chance that a House of Representative controlled by Pelosi would impeach Biden or Harris after him so Joe is secure in his infidelity to his oath. The enactment of HR-1 would likely ensure Democrat control of the federal government forever. So, what recourse is there?
Could the federal courts reverse this drive toward a Democrat Party leftist future. Yes , they could, but can a SCOTUS dominated by John Roberts be expected to that. I doubt it.
