The Bidenistas have decided to ship a lot of these Haitians back to their particular hell.
Guide in Tapachula, Mexico, near the Chiapas southern border, told us a few years ago Mexico did not want Haitians, “not that Mexicans were prejudiced or anything, but they were just not used to black people”.
Claimed the Haitians were passing themselves off as Syrians, to get refugee status in the US. Tapachula was the location one of the large holding tanks in cooperation with Trump’s stricter border policy, as refugees came in from the Caribbean and across Mexico’s southern border.
Their facility was full. Fix it, US was the message. Trump in cooperation with Mexico did a pretty good job; only to be torn asunder by Biden with a stroke of his pen. I suspect long suffering border town of Tapachula is no more welcoming to this new wave of Haitians.
NB: I was wrong about the “new wave” of Haitians hitting the border processing point in Tapachula, Mexico. This is the “old wave” that has been long stuck there, now getting released by Mexico since Biden reneged on Trump’s border cooperation policies with Mexico
Amazing timing on this very Tapachula tale now in today’s news:

The resistance against the Taliban is widening.
In Jalalabad an explosion(s?) reportedly killed two or three Taliban in vehicles and wounded 19. That is 128 km (79 miles) from the Panjshir by air so probably 200 clicks cross country. And that area is 90 percent Pashtun, very few Tajiks and/or Hazara.
Plus an IED in Kabul set off near a Taliban police station.
At Khwaja Gar District of Tahkar Province, bordering Tajikistan, Taliban reportedly took heavy casualties in a shootout. That is 168 km as the bird flies from Panjshir.
In the Panjshir Valley itself intense fighting took place yesterday and there are unconfirmed reports that the NRF liberated two Districts.
The TTP (Pakistani Taliban) have been opposing the BRI and killing Chinese in Pakistan in the past few months. They almost killed the Chinese Ambassador back in April. They are not the same as the Taliban in Afghanistan. It is probably best to not cheer any attack on TTP in Pakistan. Let them instigate the Durand line dispute between the Taliban and Pakistan so China can enter into the quagmire.
Condotiere,
Some members of the TTP fled Pakistan due to military ops against them by the Pakistan Army and other Pak security forces. Many sought refuge in Afghanistan’s Nangarhar Province. Those same TTP militant refugees were recruited into the ISIS-Korasan branch of Daesh.
They have a strong presence in Nangahar. Jalalbad city in Nagarhar is reportedly a stronghold. So it is possible that the explosions targeting the Taliban in Jalalabad yesterday and today were done by ISIS-K instead of by the NRF. But they have not yet claimed responsibility, strange when they usually brag about their terror attacks.
Or it could have been a dispute between different factions within the Taliban? The Haqqani network has reportedly been feuding with Mullah Baradar’s followers. Both the attacks in Jalalabad and the one in Kabul were reportedly near police stations, and Haqqani is now the top cop.
I had hoped it was the long arm of Massoud’s Panjshiris. But IEDs that also injure civilians is not their style. We’ll have to wait and see if anyone claims responsibility.
If Pashtun nationalist TTP flees across Duran line with impunity for sanctuary, that further reinforces my argument. China can fix that for themselves.
Look up ISIS’s enemies. It is pretty convenient we both share the same enmities towards China, Russia, Iran, Pakistan, Syria, Hezbola, ect. It is pretty suspicious they hate us too, otherwise they might be our proxy. October baseball is coming up. Root for the opposing team that sends you to the play offs.
@Condottier: ” China can fix that”
How?
You think in AF & PK border areas that China can impose Xinjiang style internment camps, forced sterilizations, and cultural genocide? Or maybe start to re-educate & indoctrinate the hardcore Deobandis there?
Panjshir Observer says: “ISIS-K have claimed responsibility for the several bombings targeting Taliban vehicles in Jalalabad over the past 48 hours, allegedly killing a total of 15 and wounding 25 others. In this area almost all ISIS-K are former Taliban.”
Good, letting them kill each other is fine with me.
Good enough for me. Taliban vs. Haqqani

I watched “The Leopard” with Burt Lancaster recently. The look when Angellica sees Concetta for the first time – bellisima! Just the thing for the weekend.

Fred:
Burt Lancaster said it was his favorite movie. The Italian version with English subtitles was also the #1 favorite movie of the late pundit Robert Novak.
A Visconti MASTERPIECE!!!!!

A reminder US movies at one time were so well crafted, passing on to the viewer poignant and universal messages.
And tonight on TCM is another classic featuring an actor in The Leopard – one of my ALL-TIME FAVORITES, French bad boy Alain Delon. Still alive and still handsome, he was the original screen version of the murderous The Talented Mr. Ripley. The French version is entitled Plein Soleil; the US release was called Purple Noon. So gripping and also definitely worth a watch!
They are trending republican, democrats say one in five Republicans say 25 to 30 percent. Truth is probably somewhere in the middle. Caribbean blacks trend Republicans because they want opportunity not freebies.

Great new indoor game: “Spot the Feds”.
Nancy and the Capitol Police gave an Insurrection today, and only undercover FBI and media showed up.
Share your clues from the linked photos – which ones do you think are the “undercover feds”. (1) Buff, trim, white, young, slicked haircuts and the same wristwatches. Or are they (2) racist, right wing white supremacist, good old country MAGA boy domestic terrorists.

Well, some people find the very notion of Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO) problematic. So how about this one, sports fans, genetically modifying plants, getting them to produce mRNA as they grow, so you can be functionally “vaccinated” while eating a salad? When you go to this link, you will be able to click a hotlink (Study Finds) to go to this story. Two other links at this post take you to other, possibly related and/or relevant stories.

Maybe one of these days, you will be able to get iceberg lettuce that is Crispr than you have ever imagined. Heh.
Organic farmers already face challenges keeping their crops free from contamination, but this poses even more problems. Also, how do you make sure that this FrankenPhood doesn’t get served up through contamination of wholesalers’ stocks to those who don’t want it?
But, geez, it sure would make it easier to foist this stuff off on school children through cafeteria foods, now wouldn’t it? Beats struggling with recalcitrant parents to get their spawn jabbed; just slip it into the foods you serve up to the little hellions, all on the QT, you understand (wink). Maybe Gerber baby foods could be weaponized to deliver those wholesome spike proteins, too, that way doing an end run on those disruptive homeschooling parents!
And just to think, some folks used to worry about mundane ol’ fluoridated water. My, my, we have moved on from there, now haven’t we?
Imagine the synergies; Big Agriculture linking up with Big Pharma, in a deal waved through by Big Government, naturally. Vaultin’ the Fascism, to paraphrase GW.
JJ, you paint a scary yet plausible scenario. I’d bet many of those who support vaccine mandates are [ironically] against GMO foods.
I guess, but the whole point of the Vaxx (or more accurately Vaxx ‘passport’ schemes) is the act of submission to the State. Renunciation of sovereignty over your precious bodily fluids must be consciously undertaken. Once the precedent it set and you accept that participation in society is conditional on your ‘health passport’ remaining valid, you have effectively become State property. Sneaking stuff into our food wouldn’t achieve the desired ends.
As Julia Child once famously said…..Americans! They are so afraid of their food.
I serve in the Guard during many natural disasters. One thing that I witnessed every single time; people supplied the relief and help. Not the Government.
Churches did more during Hurricane Katrina than the Federal Government. The Cajun Navy saved more lives than the Federal Government.
By the time the Federal Government kicks in it becomes diseased. A percentage of people no longer see good will. They see what can I get without doing a damn thing. What supplies can I get. What money can I get. What can I get even if I really don’t need it. And they are relentless. It never stops. They will ride it until the last Federal drop. Pathetic.
Some amazing photos – now that fetal heartbeat laws are in the news. When in fact does the joining of male and female chromosomes become a baby? What role should a court play finalizing this awesome decision. Is “abortion” the right term to use.
https://www.lifenews.com/2014/09/16/amazing-fetal-development-photos-confirm-human-life-begins-at-conception/
Is this a new trend?
This article at the Daily Mail quotes Haitians and Cubans under the bridge in n Texas saying they will not be deterred. I do not know if this a determination by people that they cannot stand to remain where they are or a determination that if it is possible to worm their way into America, they will do it, or a combination of both.
But if hundreds of millions of people are progressing from wanting to live in America or Western Europe to feeling entitled to leave their homelands and come, no matter what we may think, God help us. The Woke people who encouraged all this never envisioned what would happen if the world’s poor started getting Woke, too: They will come and never stop trying.

Looks like we are in for a doubling of the gas tax.
https://www.congress.gov/bill/117th-congress/house-bill/227/text
Such welcome news to Californians who already have the highest gas prices in the nation, including the highest taxes. They are hoping we all turn in our dirty fossil fuel cars and get electric vehicles instead and ride bikes.
More Biden punishment for his social engineering agenda. If Biden greenies want us out of our cars, why are they relying on gas taxes to pay for their long list of Democrat pork.
If the net effect is to get us to stop using gasoline. Which means this will be no revenue raiser for the grand schemes and they better be honest about the impacts of their real agenda.
“On Wednesday September 22 President Biden will convene a virtual COVID Summit on the margins of the UN General Assembly” – from WH statement on September 17th. If tomorrow you hear Biden endorse something called the “COVID Charter” the following may be of interest:
Foreign Policy Magazine recently published the most detailed roadmap I’ve yet seen for the Great Reset (GR). It is a fascinating read. The article is entitled “The COVID Charter” and though the GR is not explicitly referenced, there is no mistaking what is described. The article is authored by Rajiv Shah – President of the Rockefeller Foundation and he is, of course, one of the WEF’s key players.
Here is a quick summary of the salient points in the charter with my own translations to GR speak. I’d urge anyone interested in the GR to read the whole thing – link below:
– The article draws an analogy with the 1941 Atlantic Charter and calls for a new one to ensure the world is “secure” from the effects of future pandemics & Climate Change
– It bemoans the outdated “state-centric mindset” of previous initiatives like the Marshall Plan & USAID
– It then goes full post-Westphalian in criticizing states “unwilling” to safeguard their people as well as states who “object” to regional development plans. How dare they, as Greta would put it.
– China’s model is singled out as “..not always [having been] shaped by the lessons learned over the last 80 years”. I read this an a thinly veiled attack on China’s recent rejection of Western neoliberalism.
– A concept called the “Great Divergence” is defined – as the gap between rich & poorer nations (alleged to be) growing due to, you guessed it, COVID-19 & Climate Change
– The Charter is presented as the solution to the above by prioritizing “human security” – evidently over the national interests of state governments.
– The author calls upon the World to support the Charter by making 5 commitments. This is where it gets interesting:-
1) Wealthy nations pledge 1% of GDP for foreign aid.
2) The aid is to be linked to COVID-19 Vaxx programs (who could have guessed?) and to poorer nations “..rebuilding their economies in an inclusive way”. The second point reads to me very much like the IMF’s string attached approach to loans contingent on the embrace of neoliberalism.
3) The big one: IMF shareholder are asked to agree to “recycling” of IMF Special Drawing Rights (SDR’s). Recycling seems to be code for applying the rules of fractional reserve banking to SDR’s such that the money multiplier can leverage their effectiveness. In real terms this seems to be a commitment to adopt the SDR’s as a global reserve currency – i.e. replacement for the Petrodollar.
Point 3 also calls for the World Bank and other international development banks to allow private sources of capital. This I believe is what the WEF’s describes as “Stakeholder Capitalism”.
4) Calls for the private sector to help Vaxx people to “jump-start a green recovery”. It also says: “Similar well-resourced public-private collaborations will be needed to transform global food systems and enable climate-friendly electrification across the world”. Ambitious stuff.
5) Calls for international aid “inputs and outcomes [to be] regularly monitored by the G-7, the G-20, and the UN Security Council”.
In his summary, Rajiv Shah calls for the US to take leadership of the initiative to ensure a world “..free from fear and want”.
Biden’s administration is quite evidently controlled to a high degree by the advocates for a Utopian form of technocratic global government. The fact that the whole Anglo-sphere parrots the WEF’s “Build Back Better” slogan for the Great Reset is evidence that a coordinated effort is underway to bring this about. I believe we will soon see a monumental showdown between the US-led Anglo powers and their allies and the emerging Russia-China SCO alliance which wants no part of a Western dominated globally governed New World Order. We live in interesting times.

Biden’s megalomania as the imagined savior of mankind was on full display at the UN today.
Biden’s campaign “C’mon, man” has now morphed into a persistent demand from Biden’s current female handler into “C’mon, let’s go, let’s go”.
“C’mon, let’s go” is now repeatedly admonished while ushering pesky reporters out the door, who dared to ask Biden even a single question after his public remarks. This female Biden handler should play well with suburban moms. They can relate.
