If you have dared to watch any of the cable news shows, the vast majority keep pushing the story line that the people taking to the streets across the United States are “peaceful protestors.” One of the leaders of this delusional madness is New York City Mayor, Bill DeBlasio, who made the following comment about the violence sweeping through his city:
Mayor Bill de Blasio rejected criticism that the police force had failed to ensure public safety. “There were peaceful protesters who rejected the violent elements and forced them out of protests,” De Blasio said. “That ultimately is the big story here.”

St. Louis— One of the people murdered last night was a retired St. Louis City Captain. He was murdered by looters at a pawnshop. He was the type of brother that would’ve given his life to save them if he had to.
St. Louis— A 7-11 store located at 201 N. 17th St. in St. Louis was looted and set ablaze by peaceful protesters Monday night who then lay down in the street to prevent firetrucks from reaching the store to put out the fire. The protesters also pushed trash cans into the street to block the firetrucks.
St. Louis— Cops come under fire during protest in St. Louis; at least 4 officers were shot in the gun battle & the scene remains active.
Minnesota—A protester from Chicago filmed himself handing out bombs to “peaceful” Minnesota protesters who then threw the devices at police.
Philadelphia— Philly Gun Store Owner Blasts Would Be Thief with AR-15 During Attempted Looting.
Philadelphia— 24-Year-Old Philly Looter Killed While Trying to Blow Up ATM.
New York City— Police officers in New York City were beaten and run over by a car in three separate attacks while upstate in Buffalo a car plowed through officers in the street.
New York City— After supporting Black Lives Matter, Nike on 5th Avenue in New York got cleared out by looters. Nike lectured America on racism after a Minneapolis police officer murdered George Floyd.
Seattle— On the fourth night of protests-turned-riots, the same verse was repeating in Seattle, where things got out of hand, police declared a riot, and used explosives and tear gas to break up the crowds. NBC reporter Jo Ling Kent, complete with gas mask was hit with what looks to be firework, launched from one of the antifa terrorists. And right before she went live it appeared as though rioters were trying to disable her equipment. You can one woman (?) shrieking “YOU SORRY BITCH!”
Los Angeles— L.A. rioters decided to mess with the wrong block during their rampage on Sunday. One rioter, in specific, decided to smash out the windows in a truck. That truck happened to be owned by NBA guard J.R. Smith, who bolted out of his house to confront the scumbag. Smith proceeded to kick the crap out of the thug white kid, and threw a few punches for good measure.
Omaha— A bar owner shot a protester on Saturday night after the mob came for him and his business. The incident was caught on video. You can hear the person taking the video warning the people to stay back, shouting “This n**** got a gun!… It’s not worth it, n****!” as the mob encroached on a backpedaling Jake Gardner, owner of The Hive bar in Omaha, Nebraska. The mob starts to tackle Gardner to the ground, and shots start to ring out.
Portland–After the Portland police successfully broke up crowds downtown earlier in the evening, thousands who had gathered in southeast Portland marched through the city and into downtown. It remained peaceful until the protesters-turned-rioters started attacking the federal courthouse. They breached the courthouse.
Portland–At some point during the riots in Portland over the weekend, a disabled man was dumped out of his wheelechair and assaulted by protesters. It looks as though the disabled man was actually one of the rioters, as it seems like he’s asking for something to break a window with. Then, just as he he starts to raise his arm toward the window, one of the other protesters comes along and drags his wheelchair away, and the disabled guy falls over, only to have another protester start throwing punches at his as he was on the ground. Then the guy who dumped him out of the wheelchair jumps in to fend off the guy throwing punches. THEN yet another protester jumps into the fray and starts kicking the disabled guy.
Washington, DC— Violent Leftists torched historic St. John’s Church across from the White House on Sunday night.
Santa Monica— Antifa Torches One Police Car in Santa Monica – Takes Control of Second Car – Police Chased Away.
Nashville–25-Year-Old Wesley Somers Arrested after being caught in the act of setting a fire a the Nashville city hall and courthouse building Saturday night by reporters from the Tennessean who posted video and a photo of the arson in progress.
Peaceful? The actions speak for themselves. The vast majority of this violence is taking place in Democrat ruled cities and states. These feckless, weak cowards masquerading as leaders are leaving their police and citizens out to hang and siding with those eager to loot the nearest business.
The stupidity of this democrats is having some fascinating blowback. First, the odds of economic recovery in those states/cities is lower with each brick tossed and business torched. That means fewer taxes being collected and massive financial problems in these jurisdictions.
Second, people who once favored gun control are now lining up to buy pistols and rifles. The previous claim that no one needed a 30 round magazine for their AR-15 because the police would arrive to save them has been exposed as total bullshit. Third, the Federal Government with all of its power to snoop on Americans is now focused on these radicals and their infrastructure is now getting an investigation that was long overdue.

Surely the same bad apples logic applies to protesters, police and terrorists. There can’t be more than a few hundred people actively perpetrating the violence. There are hundreds of thousands of people on the streets, if a tenth of them were violent the body count would be in the hundreds not the single digits.
To what extent are the non-violent protesters aiding and abeding and concealing the violent ones, well we’ve had this thought experiment with ME terrorism and everyone probably has their stance prepackaged on the matter by now.

Personally, I think all violent protesters should be identified, arrested and detained for the duration of the protests. I also think the rights of innocent citizens to assemble and protest need to be respected. If darker forces are in play organizing the violence(seems plausible, a lot of this seems straight out of cold war playbooks after all) identify those and crush them.

We are having a “sympathy” rally on Saturday and I’m concerned that it may get out of hand. There are a number of antifa admirers in our universities. Nature, reasonable habits and a peasant constitution has more to do with my present presence on the planet than “doctors who have kept me alive.” Until 2 yrs. ago I hadn’t had need of a physician since my last child was born 44 years ago. Even as self-sufficient as I am, sometimes “don’t go” is not an option.
Well, I just received an email from my credit union asking its members to stay away on Friday.
Our town does have a university. It started out way back as a “normal school” to train teachers for the rural schools in the area and in the town when it was still quite small. When I attended it during my undergrad and grad school days, it did still do much of the teacher training in the state but had somehow morphed into a university.
My credit union is conveniently across one of the main avenues into town on the west end of our town and near a large shopping center of stand-alone stores like Best Buy, Target, Hobby Lobby, and other stores like those. Therefore, the credit union mailed its members to let us know the police had warned the credit union and the shopping area since a group from the university had actually requested a permit to “peacefully” protest in the area.
A large percent of the school enrollment is made up of “locals” from our county and surrounding rural towns and smaller rural counties.
I’m not counting on much in the way of violence. In fact, I am counting on some farmers coming around to pull their kids by the neck out of the demonstration should it go awry.

What America has experienced over the period running, so far, from roughly May 29th, 2020 to June 1st, 2020 is nothing less than White America’s Kristallnacht. The Bulls riots unfolded right under my living room window on West Madison Street, as did the ’65, ’68 and Rodney King riots. (I only heard about the ’68 riot from my parents, being as I was in VN). In ‘93, platoon-sized police response teams were forming up in the middle of the intersection with Springfield Avenue, all traffic being re-routed away from the area, and then dispatched to hot spots. I saw attempts being made by groups of would-be looters to get into buildings across the street from us; they’d wait until a team had been dispatched and there were only one or two cars holding the corner, and try to sneak by, but more cops kept coming and chasing them away.
I was there, blissed out in the middle of that joyful crowd, for the Cubs celebration. It’s a lie that there were only one million people. I was standing in the middle of Michigan Avenue with a clear view up and down the length of it, and also with a long view to the west down one of the connecting roads, probably Monroe. For as far as the eye could see, which was from Roosevelt Road on the south to Chicago Avenue on the north, people were standing shoulder to shoulder and asshole to belly-button from sidewalk to sidewalk, and pressed right up against the buildings. To the west looking down Monroe a good quarter mile, same thing. Oh, and there were 900,000 more people (police estimate) waiting for the formal reception for the team, on the great lawn of Grant Park a few blocks east. And they were all one crowd: there was an unbroken sea of humanity from Michigan Avenue all the way to Grant Park. The lowest crowd estimate I saw was three million, and a couple of sources (sorry, lost the link) put it at a cool five million, making it the second largest crowd in American history, topped only by the New York City ticker tape parade for Ike at seven million. It took me probably an hour to inch my way from Michigan Avenue about two blocks east, hoping for a better view of the Cubs’ motorcade. At that point, all movement became impossible and I was stuck about 20 feet from the sidewalk. I just did get a glimpse of the team as they drove by, in the open top of a double decker bus.
Aside from the size of the crowd, there was one difference – and it made all the difference – between the Bulls “celebration” and that of the Cubs, and it had nothing to do with the police being better prepared: we were White. We stood there pressed together without fear, welcomed and recognized by our tribe, and gave ourselves over for a few hours to our love of the Cubs, of baseball, and to memories of family who had passed away, never getting to see this day. And then we quietly went home.

This is an attempted insurrection for which the police killing of Floyd was a mere excuse that had been anticipated as a contingency and for which country wide preparations had been made. Mattis was said, in Marine Corps publications, to have been a “warrior monk”; one who lived entirely for the Corps and had little going on outside it. The Marines have always attracted a kind of violence-prone, oddball romantic type, Lee Harvey Oswald being only the most notorious example. IMO, Mattis would have been better served to go former Marine Fred Reed’s route in retirement. Gugino is NOT part of the Antifa movement. He is a devout Catholic and a passionate advocate for multiple causes on behalf of the poor and disenfranchised. He has spent his retirement lending a hand against poverty and injustice as a member of the Catholic Worker movement.
Some here might say correctly that the Catholic Workers are lefties within the Church. But they are definitely NOT socialists, anarchists, or terrorists. And Gugino is NOT a lib, his facebook and twitter feeds criticize as many Dems as they do Republicans.
