Here is a recipe for a pork pie that looks interesting and that I am going to try over the holidays. It’s very popular in Quebec and France, after mass on Christmas Eve.

My mother was Quebecoise and I have liked Tourtiere all my life. It is a wonderful Christmas/New Year dish, one of those things that is even better “warmed up” as leftovers from the big party. Pat
