Michael Sussmann’s Indictment Also Previews the Clinton Foundation Conspiracy Against Trump

On or about September 15, 2016, Campaign Lawyer-1 exchanged emails with the Clinton Campaign’s campaign manager, communications director, and foreign policy advisor concerning the Russian Bank- 1 allegations that SUSSMANN had recently shared with Reporter.

Robby Mook was Hillary’s campaign manger. Jennifer Palmieri was Hillary’s communications director. And Jake Sullivan was Hillary’s foreign policy advisor. We do not know if any of these three have been interviewed by Durham’s team. It would be shocking if they have been left alone. They are fact witnesses, at a minimum, to Sussmann’s alleged prevarications.

Finally, there is the CIA. While Durham’s indictment of Sussmann does not specifically identify the CIA, the language of the indictment points to my former employer:

In or about late 2016 and early 2017 Tech Executive- Originator- 1, and
Researcher-2 continued to compile additional information and data regarding the Russian Bank-1 allegations, and gathered other purported data allegedly involving Trump- related computer networks and Russia (collectively , the “Updated Allegations ”). SUSSMANN would later convey these allegations to another U.S. government agency ( Agency – 2 ). doing so, and as alleged
below, SUSSMANN repeated, in substance, the same false statement he had made to the FBI General Counsel that he was not acting on behalf of a client. . . .

On or about February 9 , 2017, SUSSMANN met with two Agency-2 employees
(“ Employee-1” and “Employee-2 ) at a location outside the District of Columbia. At the meeting, the following , in substance and in part, occurred:

a. SUSSMANN stated falsely – as he previously had stated to the FBI General
Counsel that he was “ not representing a particular client.” In truth and in fact, and as SUSSMAN had acknowledged to the Former Employee just days earlier, SUSSMANN was representing a client

b SUSSMANN disclosed that Law Firm- was active in representing several
Democratic Party causes and officer-holders, including both the DNC and Hillary Clinton. SUSSMANN stated, however, that such work was unrelated to his reasons for contacting Agency . . . .

After the meeting with SUSSMANN, Employee- 1 and Employee- 2 drafted and
revised a Memorandum for the Record that reflected the above- described statements by SUSSMANN.

Durham would not have included this information in the indictment if his team had not already interviewed the CIA employees and obtained the documentary evidence. My point in reviewing the details contained in the indictment is to emphasis that Durham and his team are not just looking at pursuing the lying charge against Sussmann. Something bigger is at play.

And for you skeptics (and you are fully justified to be skeptical), I hope to prove you wrong. However, if this turns out to be another failed attempt by Charlie Brown to kick the football, I will apologize for raising your hopes. Please understand this–I share your desire to see genuine justice done against those responsible for the coup attempt against Donald Trump.

The judge on Sussmann’s case was a parter at Covington & Burling LLP and served on the Obama/Biden transition team as an advisor on Justice Department issues. Seems totally fair.

The judge in Sussmann’s case is married to Amy Jeffress, a former Justice Department official and national security counselor to former United States Attorney General Eric Holder…. Amy Jeffress is connected to the Hillary Clinton campaign x2.

Merrick Garland officiated Dorothy Ames Jeffress and Christopher Reid Cooper’s marriage.

All on the up & up. 😂

It sure would be refreshing if the NSA made an example out of just one high ranking “pious” politician. Just one with irrefutable evidence and they are charged and convicted of the actual crime they committed.

Now imagine if they turned the search lights in on both parties instead of out on us. We would have a civilization that could not be stopped. It would be the apex of human civilization. A government with a damn impressive golf score that took the rules serious.

Maybe there is truth to the rumor a while back, Bill and Hillary bought a $5 million condo in ….Qatar.

I am picturing a large flow chart on Durham’s office wall with multiple photos of faces. Bill and Hillary Clinton are at the very center, with strings of brightly colored yarn interconnecting the rest of them.

Low tech, sure – but I found it always helped to reduce a complex issue to a single large pad of paper and then create interlocking pencil lines for visual and mental simplicity. If it did not fit on one large piece of paper, I kept re-working themes until it did.

Reading just anonymized letters, dates and numbers from running pages of legal filings right now just does not do it for me; but I sure Durham has the outlines of the Big Picture already well in hand. I bet LJ does too. Only then does Durham move – low and slow. And picks them off one by one, until at least one thread finally reaches the middle.

What we don’t know is whether there is a third photo slot in the middle for Boy President, who officially had to unlock the vast resources of his deep state agencies hell bent on favoring the Clinton’s election. Otherwise known as Obama III.

Will the Doge of Delaware be firing up the pardon pen this weekend?

  6. morongobill says:

Bill will never be indicted, I’ll bet the farm on that. But Hilary, the arrogant one who believes all the press that she was the smart one, she of the unbounded ambition, yes.

    • Deap says:

It would be hard for Hilary, at this state of evolving facts, to blame over-zealous underlings operating outside her knowledge, command and control. Like she did in her home brew computer abuse. Wipe a computer …. like with a cloth?

Due process reminds us everyone still gets their day in court. Also unknown at this time is how many Clinton underlings will be asked to commit Arkancide in order to protect the Queen. Or rather, how diminished is Clinton power at this point that will make her the village sacrifice?

One thing for sure is Cankles will not be able to pull the poor me I am pregnant defense, like Elizabeth Holmes is sporting in her Theranos trial. Though there is the legal presumption of the “fertile octogenarian”.

Query: How many brightly colored threads of yarn connect Jake Sullivan into this current Clinton Russia-Russia-Russia caper?

  7. akaPatience says:

I wonder if Wikileaks knows much about any of this? After all, its Podesta dump revealed the hatching of the plan to besmirch Trump as Putin’s Puppet in order to deflect from Hillary’s foreign policy vulnerabilities. Anyway, if so, it’s no wonder Julian Assange’s been treated so badly, although I suppose he’s lucky to be alive after crossing the Clintons. Maybe Trump should’ve pardoned him.

And while Hillary certainly comes off as more of an “enforcer” type than her husband, I don’t doubt for a moment the possibility that Slick Willie may be as ruthless as she. There’s a reason for the proverbial warning to beware of smooth-talkers.
