Oh boy, here we go here in Okie land having to have to ‘tolerate ‘ being used as a whipping post all because we as a state was the only state to unanimously unapologetically support and elect POTUS Trump in 2016. And our state is being slammed because we have the audacity to hold a Trump 2020 Presidential rally. Which has had over 1 million tickets sold.
Oklahoma State University football coach had the audacity to buy and wear a One America Network (OAN) tshirt and wore it on a recent fishing trip is being reviled by two black football players from canada going to school at OSU because they feel offended by the tshirt.
Tulsa where the rally is taking place, there are mixed feelings based on the racial carnage that took place in 1921 where black citizens were murdered by white citizens. Some black citizens are all for the rally and some are not.
Guess we’ll see how it goes.
Well, folks, rally or not, I’ve always detested movies known as “musicals”. I suppose during their halcyon years their producers may have thought they were making new versions of opera, but I’ve always thought them exercises in silliness. I do apologize if my remarks offend….
There are probably more people than you would guess who are hoping for a whopping success in regard to this rally.
Not only are we sick of the spoiled radical mobs making life hard for store owners and people who just want to live their lives, we are also sick of the “social distancing.” It’s not natural for people who tend to be social.
I am certainly praying for a great rally. I’ll be watching and wishing I were there.

Love the musical. Indifferent regarding the political rally. Its very much their choice.
I wont be attending cos I dont think its my thing, but I wish those whose thing it is much fun.
I am also a big fan of Bali-hi from South Pacific. I think thats a minor 7th interval. You try and write a song with a minor 7th.
I don’t understand all the empty seats. Yes kids around the country requested tickets they never intended to use but supposedly 800,000 tickets were handed out. I do not believe the explanation that people were kept away by protesters. Trump has lots of very loyal supporters so where were they? Since so many people there did not have masks I don’t think it was fear of Covid-19.
In any case, I disapprove of the people who asked for tickets they weren’t going to use. I don’t like to see honor systems being abused. I suppose the Republicans will try to ruin something for Democrats as payback. Those kids won’t like that.
