Was never worried about covid. It was crystal clear from pics of those dying in the US it was mainly morbid obese. Everyone else was by and large recovering.

My only comment is that OffGuardian is not a newspaper, but is rather a website designed to oppose the lies and propaganda of the Guardian newspaper, once a respected source of information.
I began following the Off-Guardian about six years ago, when it was new. The started off strong and have only gotten better since. (The website gets its name from the fact that the founders were all once avid readers of The Guardian, who were later banned from commenting there for disagreeing with the narrative too vehemently.)
They were onto this Covid scam right from the start, so they have been one of my main sources since then.

Eric ,time for a bioethics committee intervention? They are trained to deal with the hard questions. Can you propose that issue to a local hospital committee in an extra-curricular session?
Or even meet with the head of the committee for a private discussion. They tend to not` avoid the thorny issues. It is why they sit on the committee in the first place – they are the remaining few inside the system that still try to look behind and around the prevailing dogma.

The subject matter of this Motion for a Preliminary Injunction and its devastating effects on members of the military compel me to conclude and conduct accordingly as follows:

5 f) That at the initial stage of this damage the micro clots can only be discovered by a biopsy or Magnetic Resonance Image (“MRI”) scan;
6 g) That due to the fact that there is no functional myocardial screening currently being conducted, it is my professional opinion that substantial foreseen risks currently exist, which require proper screening of all flight crews.
7 h) That, by virtue of their occupations, said flight crews present extraordinary risks to themselves and others given the equipment they operate, munitions carried thereon and areas of operation in close proximity to populated areas.
8 i) That, without any current screening procedures in place, including any Aero Message (flight surgeon notice) relating to this demonstrable and identifiable risk, I must and will therefore ground all active flight personnel who received the vaccinations until such time as the causation of these serious systemic health risks can be more fully and adequately assessed.
9 j) That, based on the DOD’s own protocols and studies, the only two valuable methodologies to adequately assess this risk are through MRI imaging or cardio biopsy which must be carried-out.

Mullis’s opinion about using PCR for diagnosis is irrelevant. Citing him is ad hominem argument. He’s an attractive guy in many ways, but he’s shown some spectacularly poor judgment. In particular, his stand on the connection between HIV and AIDS.
Running PCR with excessive numbers of cycles is well known to produce false positives. This is easy to control for and was obviously in play early in the epidemic. Citing the early criticisms and the failure to correct the protocols makes a stronger argument.
Reminds me of the instant death from covid hysteria we faced in the early wildly misinformation days, when in fact it was the high mortality from misuse of ventilators – unknown at the time, and thankfully corrected later. But the media PR damage from this bit of iatrogenicity has not been corrected.
Far too many in my state still react viciously to “covid” being an automatic death sentence, and “what is the price to save just one life” used to justify continued command and control down to confiscation of private property even today by expanding rental eviction moratoriums .. for what?

It’s a wake up call to me and I’m sure many others that people holding differing viewpoints from “the official and approved narrative” are not being challenged or debated about their ideas but are instead being silenced and cancelled. All he has done is posted a link to a website called “reclaim the net” and an article by one “cindy harper”. Cindy harper and the website are both advocates of free speech – which is laudable.
Unfortunately for Cindy, she hasn’t listened very well to either of the videos, nor does she understand law.
Both of those videos are made by alleged protesters who were arrested under the public health act at some protest. They have been charged and been to court where they have been granted bail.
The conditions of their bail include (for all protesters) that you refrain from attending any more protests or participate in their organisation. In other words, you agree to stop what you were doing. If you don’t comply, then it’s back to jail until your case is heard.
It is important to understand that the initial offence resulted from a charge under the public health act, but once you have asked for and received bail, any further offence is under the bail act which is a whole other matter.

“Ms Smit is unwilling to sign an undertaking … it appears at this stage that’s the course she wants to adopt,” Mr White said.
