Moab Murders

“A horrific double murder that rocked Utah’s scenic Moab community remains unsolved one month later, leaving residents concerned about their neighbors and worried that another missing person case may be overshadowing the victims.

Crystal Turner, 38, and Kylen Schulte, 24, were found dead on Aug. 18 with multiple gunshot wounds in the South Mesa area of the La Sal Loop Road, police said last month. They had last been seen alive on Aug. 13 at Woody’s Tavern in downtown Moab.

Cindy Sue Hunter, a friend of the victims, told Fox News she set out to look for them around 11 a.m. on the day they were found.”

Comment: Sounds like these two women were the victims of of someone who does not like people with lifestyles different than his/her. Whether or not this has any connection to the missing girl is not knowable yet. pl

The missing girl lives(d)about 4 miles from me. It’s become another national spectacle with media trampling all over the neighbor’s yards. I understand, not really.

Painfully horrible…and, yes, we are now moving to the “murder of the day film at 11” decline of our media. Hate crimes and domestic violence are so toxic. I grieve for these families and the media storm they must endure during such difficult times.

If it bleeds, it leads has long been a staple of local news. (Maybe not in Chicago) The latest in West Florida is the missing blond 22 y.o. whose fiance was last seen with here. He’s not talking, though I’m sure he’s suspect #1. Apparently the Haitian Immigants massed at the border, along with the various dem politicians party’n up mask free, are finally giving Covid the heave-ho.

It’s more bizarre now, the boyfriend, Laundrie, is missing as well, hasn’t been seen since last Tuesday. North Port cops are bewildered.
